“ This is another typical Texas car dealership. At these types of places, the salesman is short on product knowlege and is unwilling to flex on pricing. I did not enjoy the experience of dealing with a dealer that said they wouldn't at least put a coat of wax on the car or complete the requested service of changing the transmission fluid. The Honda itself rode and drove okay. The shocks were kind of soggy, but I have to assume that they had never been changed. The car was missing a big part of the center console. The car I drove should have been priced at least $1500 less. ”

“ Do not use their service department. Service Advisors are ok although the techs are horrible. 4 out of 7 times they stated they rotated my tires, I marked them and they did not. I have brought this to Austin’s attention and heard he will speak to his techs. 4 times to me in 7 services. Unfortunately this falls on the service manager. Makes me really wonder if they are changing my oil as they state it’s being done on the receipt. Beware of ANY service here ”

“ David from finance doesn’t answer emails. He made what was initially a great experience into a sour one. Mo is great but David really has frustrated me as he doesn’t read or reply to the emails. Been 3 days and he didn’t do what was asked I had to bother Mo about it when it’s not his job to find out about my GAP. Calling finance doesn’t even ring it goes straight to voicemail. It shouldn’t be this difficult to reach finance or get a warranty canceled. It’s like Autonation the way Demontrond operates, taking hours and requiring my presence in person to get anything handled. Extremely frustrating. ”
“ Marco was initially helping me, but when I tried asking questions about pricing and add ons, he ghosted me. I contacted James the used car manager and he was quite rude and unhelpful. I had pre approved financing and rather than answer my questions he was concerned about funding process when I hadn’t even looked at the vehicle or agreed on the price. Spoke to me like I was stupid and spoke over me and I did not appreciate it. At this point I was no longer interested in purchasing ANY vehicle from this dealership. I wanted OTD price estimate before coming in to look at the vehicle, but couldn’t get past purchase funding which I already had secured. Customer service seems to be a dead art these days. Very unfortunate experience. Would not recommend this dealership. I would give zero stars if possible. ”

“ My new 2025 CX90 has spent more time at Demontron’s service department than in my driveway They don’t seem to have time to service my car or have any loaner cars nor do they communicate to me what they are doing or when they intend or doing it This is the 4th time it’s been in for the something and it’s been there a week and the car hasn’t been moved Also all mailboxes are full or not in service which has also been the case in the past No one leaves there phones off for six months If I hadn’t paid for this car I would let it be Repossessed ”

I purchased a vehicle in Feb, had a sales agreement in place, it originally taking 2 months to correct them, I received the vehicle back, with the same issues still in place, after being ignored I wrote a review, this triggered a response. They collected my vehicle and gave me a loaner. This was May 8th. I have continuously followed up with them with almost no updates. I have given them options to fix this, so we can get it closed and I can finally get my vehicle that I am paying for back. They ignored that. The vehicle I currently have from them has plates expiring this month, placing me in a position where I do not have transport to get to work. I have phoned and emailed with no response. This just shows the clear lack of care. I would recommend everyone stay away from this dealership, after sales service and and actual service is horrible. ”

I encourage you to stand out from other sleazy dealers and publish the price you want with add on up front. Don’t waste people’s time. That will get you 5 stars and more repeat business. We just want the personal items taken out of our car when dropped off for service returned to us and the broken items promised to be fixed to be resolved. After waiting eight weeks for my vehicle to be repaired as outlined in the purchase agreement, I discovered that not only were the agreed-upon items left incomplete, but the main issue, a persistent noise in the front suspension was not resolved. Despite notifying both Josua and Jason Ramsland, their response was brief and dismissive, showing a clear lack of concern once the sale was finalized. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them by phone with no success, and have followed up via email asking for these issues to be addressed. As someone who drives with a child in the car, unresolved suspension problems are not just frustrating they’re dangerous. Their continued silence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. ”

They basically bullied us into thinking we needed to go into a new loan on a vehicle and keep our old vehicle that they would not trade in. The sales man used a sob story about how he also had to do the same and ruin his credit and we would be ok. They also gave us bogus credit report numbers back that we knew could not be real but trusted because "Hey, maybe they use a different system" only to find out no its the same system our bank used and they legitimately gave us the wrong numbers just to increase our APR %. After leaving the dealership defeated, we decided, no we want to try and return the car. Welp! There apparently is no return policy and they hung up on us 4 times when calling to find out what that policy was. I left 4 messages, sent emails and called for 3 days straight with no resolve. Needless to say, we should have trusted our gut, just said no we will need to think on this further and believed the xxxx reviews shown here. They definitely preyed on the fact that we needed a vehicle for work and were very desperate to get out of the current vehicle we had. ”

“ I leased a vehicle on 5/27/23 and was promised $1,000 back in 1-2 months tops for making the deal, as of today I am still looking for a check to be cut. The reason I got for not getting my check cut was because they haven't received the title for my trade in as of yet, DMV states it was mailed on 6/22/23. No one seems to be able to give me an update about how they are going to move forward to obtain this title which can be as simple as requesting a duplicate or even perhaps someone physically going and getting one from the DMV. This could be an isolate experience but none the less it has been a horrible one for me. I will post another update next week if I seem to be in the same predicament. ”

“ On behalf of a coworker of mine, I must say this is the worst customer service I have seen extended to anyone. Despite the fact that she is a female, just had her vehicle fully serviced with warrantied engine work. The vehicle overheated on the first day, it was driven, after picking it up. Called the dealership asking to have it towed and was told it was not their responsibility; she would need to call and arrange a tow truck ($275). Loose bolting was found under the hood. One of the belts on the vehicle is not even spinning. Poor service work, poor quality control on service of vehicle. Not a dealership I would trust to handle my vehicles. Your entire service team may need some additional training in customer service and retention of customer's moving forward. Too bad we cannot select "ZERO STARS". That is what is deserved. ”
